Incubation and Business Development Manager

About the role

The role will focus on increasing merchant activity, expanding wallet share, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and working with BPO and other external partners to scale merchant acquisition and growth. Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to grow the MSME merchant base and increase revenue.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to grow the MSME merchant base and increase revenue
• Manage and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation and onboarding to merchant activation and growth
• Identify high-value accounts and opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing merchant wallet share
• Develop scalable industry playbooks and solutions that address the needs of MSME merchants
• Lead and manage BPO and Virtual Key Account Management (VKAM) partners, including setting performance targets, guidelines, and monitoring routines
