Index Client Service Associate

About the role

Index Client Service Associate at MSCI. The team members are responsible for directly responding to a wide variety of methodology, usage, interpretational and technical questions on MSCI benchmark products.

What you'll do

• Directly assist global clients via phone and email by answering detailed questions on our products and methodology, including
• Index construction, rebalancing and corporate event methodologies for our standard and customized indexes
• Providing trainings on the usage of our products, tools and applications
• Assisting clients with the ongoing usage of our products, data requests
• Working with internal departments to ensure all clients requests/inquiries are managed appropriately

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
