Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing consulting or capability teams in India. Deep expertise in technology transformation and complex program delivery for international clients. Proven consulting toolkit including structured problem-solving, storylining, and commercial decision-making.

What you'll do

• Build and scale a strategic consulting hub from the ground up
• Lead and scale the India capability hub, including hiring, culture, performance management, and operating model design
• Own client delivery across complex technology transformation and value-creation programs
• Drive consulting excellence through structured problem-solving, executive communication, and rigorous quality standards
• Build a senior bench of advisors, consultants, and technology specialists

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Performance management
• Any graduate
