'• Study Assembly Lines/ Processes and identify areas for improvement as per Lean Principles Perform Time Study and Line Balancing - Elemental breakdown, Video Time study- All Processes (Stations & Operator), VA/NVA/RNVA analysis, Develop Current State Line Balancing, Muri Analysis

What you'll do

Perform Time Study and Line Balancing - Elemental breakdown, Video Time study- All Processes (Stations & Operator), VA/NVA/RNVA analysis
Develop Value Stream Mapping - Current State VSM - Identify bottlenecks, wastes and inefficiencies, Capacity analysis and Current baselining, Future State VSM
Identify Process and productivity improvement opportunities for entire process with Level 1,2,3 improvement suggestions report and roadmap
Develop/ re-write Standard work instructions, Video work instructions
Support in Fixture design as per requirements
