What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, importers, exporters, and businesses requiring logistics services
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified business leads
• Understand customer requirements and arrange follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team
• Follow up with prospective customers to develop business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the company's system
