Inside Sales Development Representative

About the role

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager. You will execute outbound prospecting, work ABM target-account lists, and convert event engagement into booked meetings, following playbooks and coaching provided by your manager. This is a strong fit for someone with 2 to 3 years of direct prospecting experience who wants structured coaching and a clear path to a senior individual contributor or team-lead role.

What you'll do

• Execute outbound prospecting sequences into assigned target accounts
• Work ABM target-account lists into structured, multi-touch outreach across email, call, and LinkedIn
• Deliver a personal quota of 5 qualified meetings booked per month, tracked weekly
• Research and qualify target accounts within your assigned segment before outreach
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and account records in the CRM and sales engagement platform (Outreach / Salesloft / HubSpot Sequences)
