What you'll do

• Handle incoming leads and enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend/convince about our offerings
• Make outbound calls on cold data and curated data (when available) to convert prospects into active leads and sales opportunities
• Follow up with leads consistently and maintain a high conversion ratio
• Maintain an accurate record of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly
