About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting new institutional relationships Family Offices, large corporates, and mid-sized institutions. Success in this role will be measured first by the quality and breadth of new institutional relationships built, and second by the revenue and AUM generated from those relationships over time.

What you'll do

  • Primary Mandate — Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new institutional clients in Bangalore with a sharp focus on Family Offices, corporate treasuries, and mid-sized institutions
  • Build a structured pipeline using market intelligence, referral networks, and proactive outreach tracking progress rigorously through CRM
  • Reactivate lapsed or dormant institutional relationships with targeted, insight-driven re-engagement
  • Account Mining — Deepening Won Relationships
