Institutional Strenghthening Specialist (International)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Strengthening Specialist (International Expert) to provide strategic leadership in organizational development, institutional capacity building, human resource development, and knowledge management initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead institutional assessment and organizational strengthening initiatives for large Government, Public Sector, or Private organizations
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop comprehensive capacity-building strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Design, develop, and implement customized training programs for technical, managerial, and administrative personnel
• Prepare annual training calendars and monitor the implementation of capacity development initiatives
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate national and international conferences, workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing events
