Instructional Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging, scalable and measurable learning solutions for Hindalco's diverse workforce. The role will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, manufacturing units, mines, plants, corporate functions and external learning partners to translate business needs and complex technical content into high-impact learning experiences.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders, plant heads, functional leaders and SMEs to identify capability gaps and learning requirements
• Conduct TNA for technical, operational, behavioral, leadership, safety, quality and compliance programs
• Develop learning objectives, curriculum frameworks, storyboards, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, assessments, microlearning and digital modules
• Create scenario-based learning, simulations, case studies, gamification, interactive exercises and knowledge checks
• Collaborate with SMEs across mines, smelters, refineries, power plants, fabrication units and corporate functions
