Instructional Designer II

About the role

We have an opportunity for an Instructional Designer II to join our Education team in India- Remote , reporting to Kate O’Connor, Manager, Instructional Design. In this role, you will design and develop engaging technical learning experiences for Infoblox products, including eLearning, instructor-led materials, virtual learning, hands-on activities, job aids, and knowledge assessments.

What you'll do

• Translate complex networking and cybersecurity concepts into clear, effective learning solutions for global audiences
• Also use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research, content development, personalization, analytics
• Design and develop technical learning solutions aligned with learning objectives, audience needs, product requirements, and adult learning principles
• Create and update eLearning modules, course outlines, workbooks, presentations, trainer notes, job aids, product documentation
• Collaborate with technical trainers, product managers, engineers, technical marketing engineers, customer support, and subject matter experts to gather, validate

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Curriculum development
• Communication
• Any graduate
