Instructional Designer – Learning Solutions | Onsite, Noida | Open to India-based candidates only

About the role

As an Instructional Designer at Infopro Learning, you will design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities including digital, virtual, in-person, and blended formats for a global enterprise client.

What you'll do

• Responsibilities and scope will scale based on experience
• Designers with greater experience may take on increased ownership of instructional architecture, complex solution design, and collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs
• Develop storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional activities using PowerPoint, Word, and modern authoring tools
• Create detailed instructional blueprints, including structure, flow, and visual specifications, to guide content development
• Build high-quality instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning materials including instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, activities
