Survey and assessment of Claims. Communicate Insured about assessment. Submission of Initial Loss Assessment report within stipulated timelines. Ascertain the liability and update Claim processor accordingly. Update Claim processor about pending documents. Conduct Stage inspection / Reinspection wherever needed or required.
