Integrated Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence. You are responsible to head and manage LCC customer(s) operations whilst meeting customer's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and productivity improvement;

What you'll do

• Play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises
• Ensure the smooth implementation of new business and deliverable of KPI's for respective project in LCC
• Manage the existing business within the LCC in a controlled commercial and operational environment
• Work with the development and implementation teams to ensure that there is a structured plan for the introduction of new business
• Work with the business manager and the new clients to ensure that everyone involved in the business is aware of their responsibilities
