About the role

The role oversees manufacturing operations, production planning, resource optimization, cost control, risk management, and customer commitments while driving operational excellence across the value chain. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES This includes the gathering of business requirements, development of process flows, high level solution design, training and change management.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement supply chain management plans and executable strategies in support of specific Program (s) assignments
• Leading cross-functional teams from design through manufacturing and delivery
• Managing transformer production schedules, capacity planning, and workflow optimization
• Driving quality, safety, and compliance standards across manufacturing operations
• Coordinating suppliers and materials to ensure on-time production and delivery
