About the role

The Payroll Integration Analyst is responsible for the strategic oversight, design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a complex global payroll landscape.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the strategic oversight, design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a complex global payroll landscape
• Lead the design, governance, and support of payroll integrations across a complex global payroll environment
• Partner with Payroll, HR Technology, Security, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless data exchange
• Manage integrations between HCM platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG) and global payroll providers such as Strada, iiPay, and RAMCO
• Drive integration strategy, architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and operational support

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
