Intern - Customer Success

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Intern – Customer Success (Ground Operations) to support client coordination, program execution, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day ground operations and program coordination at client locations
• Assist with client onboarding, communication, and coordination
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and requirements
• Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain trackers, reports, and operational documentation accurately
