Intern, Field Design Advisory

About the role

The Intern, Field Operations, is accountable for Field Operations delivery across all international markets. In this role, the intern should support Field Operations team in delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and operational processes that improve field force effectiveness, incentive operations, and call plan management while leveraging technology and AI for automation.

What you'll do

• Support data-driven field/commercial execution processes Perform Analytics (trend identification, variance analysis)
• Build & perform automated data validation and quality checks on input datasets
• Assist in preparation of dashboards/reports for our HQ stakeholders and our field forces across countries (IC, call planning, targeting, performance metrics)
• Support process documentation (SOPs, trackers, workflows)
• Create and deliver below requirements in alignment with agreed SoWs (timeliness, accuracy, quality
