Passionate about talent acquisition and recruiting, particularly in proactive sourcing and candidate interaction. Willingness to learn or previous exposure to various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage MIS and reporting.

What you'll do

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process
• Coordinate and manage candidate communications, including interview invitations and follow-up emails
