About the role

The incumbent plays a crucial role in supporting the legal department of our organization. This position involves drafting contracts, tracking contract process flow, meeting internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

What you'll do

• Contract Process Flow ownership – TAT’s , Contract Requisition Forms (CRF) creation and tracking
• Meeting internal stakeholders and noting their requests, prioritizing legal work and maintaining adequate reports for statutory audits in consultation with seniors
• Update and keep pace with changes in employment laws
• Completion status from employee master sheets on a regular basis
