About the role

We are looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and managers on employee engagement, performance management, talent management, employee relations, retention, and workforce planning.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders and managers on people-related matters
• Understand business requirements and align HR strategies accordingly
• Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees
• Employee Engagement & Relations
• Drive employee engagement and employee experience initiatives

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
