Internal Recruiter - Mumbai at Adecco India. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer issuance, pre-employment medical and onboarding.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer issuance, pre-employment medical and onboarding
• Recruit for Engineering, EPC, Power & Energy profiles across various functions and levels
• Independently manage and close multiple recruitment assignments, handling 10+ vacancies simultaneously
• Handle positions with average CTC of ₹1520 LPA and above, preferably for critical/specialized engineering roles
• Perform head hunting, market mapping and organization mapping to identify niche and passive candidates
