About the role

The Global Design, Workplace & Experience (GDWE) team, within Strategy, Facilities & Construction (SF&C) and Real Estate Services (RES) , is responsible for advancing Citi's workplace strategy, office design, workplace analytics, change engagement, and workplace technology initiatives across the global portfolio.

What you'll do

International Workplace Planning & Design
Lead workplace planning and office design activities across the International portfolio
Apply Citi workplace standards, planning principles, and governance requirements across regional projects
Develop workplace concepts, planning recommendations, and business cases supporting workplace investments
Provide workplace design guidance throughout project planning, design, and delivery
