As a part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with top healthcare providers in the country, applying AI-powered RPM solutions to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare - enhancing staff efficiency, improving patient outcomes, and pioneering the next generation of care models.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain financial models, cap tables, and scenario analyses to support equity and debt/convertible fundraising
• Prepare pitch decks, information memoranda, and data rooms; manage due diligence workflows end-to-end
• Track deal timelines, coordinate across investors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders, and keep the process organized under pressure
• Research and profile prospective investors; support outreach and relationship-building
• Produce board decks, MIS packs, and quarterly investor updates that tie operating metrics to financial narrative
