About the role

Demonstrate basic email etiquette. Show ownership and ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely fashion. Demonstrate the ability to assist in posting documents on CorPro or 3rd party portals. Have the ability to handle complex clients with many nuances independently.

What you'll do

Attend and complete all assigned trainings
Attend and participate in relevant internal and external calls
Process and index all pertinent emails accurately and efficiently
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and compliant with applicable governance
Assist the department in mitigating the risks for errors
