ISC Improvement Leader

About the role

The ISC Improvement Leader is responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end improvement strategy across Integrated Supply Chain and Customer Service operations, with accountability for delivering sustained impact on service performance, cost-to-serve, working capital, and operational reliability, including enabling business growth, improving profitability, and strengthening customer outcomes through supply chain excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and customer service transformation, driving process excellence, service reliability, cost efficiency, working capital optimization
• Champion customer-centric improvements by leveraging Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and operational performance
• Drive cross-functional alignment and governance across Commercial, Operations, Planning, Logistics
• Own and deliver a portfolio of strategic transformation programs, ensuring disciplined project execution, risk management, value realization
• Leverage data, analytics, and digital solutions to identify improvement opportunities, enable informed decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes
