About the role

The Principal Business Analyst possesses in-depth knowledge of the pharma clinical data management business domain and understanding of data engineering & analytics technologies, operating at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology needs.

What you'll do

• Business Analysis Leadership & Delivery : Lead business analysis for initiatives or workstreams with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale
• Defines and leads analysis efforts across highly ambiguous spaces, translating complex data requirements into process maps, epics, features, and users stories
• Proactively prevents scope creep, manages the complexity of various scopes of change
• Shapes strategy as a trusted advisor to leadership, actively navigates conflicts to achieve alignment, and empowers teams in stakeholder management
• Leads the evaluation of strategic solution options, including advanced value analysis and risk assessment, and actively shapes long-term roadmaps
