About the role

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess customer needs and generate leads. Qualify leads through cold calling and visit data to identify potential opportunities. Present product features, address customer inquiries, and overcome objections. Maintain accurate customer data and resolve complaints while building long-term relationships.
