What you'll do
- Undertake network administration for all the above companies
- Provides user support through troubleshooting with respect to software (SAP, Sales Force, Appsheet, Smart Agent etc.) usage for all users
- Provides timely input for AMC renewals for hardware and software
- Supervises hardware maintenance through applicable vendors
- Issues SIM cards on joining and takes back the same during exit
