IT Help Desk Engineer | Sophos Firewall & MDR Support
What you'll do
- Provide IT Help Desk and technical support to the customer's IT environment
- Manage and administer Sophos Firewalls, including firewall rules, policies, VPNs and configurations
- Monitor Sophos Firewall alerts, notifications and security events
- Liaise between Sophos MDR, the customer's internal IT team and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of MDR alerts and security incidents for appropriate response
