Systems Administrator

About the role

Working independently and collaboratively within the Shared Managed Services team, this role monitors and administers cloud services, identity and access, endpoints, servers, networks, backup, and security systems; resolves incidents and service requests; performs planned maintenance and changes; and maintains clear customer communication and technical documentation.

What you'll do

• Monitor and manage customer environments, respond to alerts, assess impact, and take appropriate remediation or escalation action
• Monitor and administer backup and recovery services, investigate failures, verify
• Successful protection, perform recovery testing, and support data restoration when required
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, problems, and escalations in
• Accordance with documented priorities and service-level commitments

What you need
