What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls
• Assess candidate experience, technical exposure, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
