Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct preliminary screening and assessments to match candidates with job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals for proactive sourcing
