About the role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

What you'll do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT and technical positions
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Hire for technical roles such as Java Developers, Full Stack Developers, MERN Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other IT positions
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
