IT Support Engineer

About the role

Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the efficient operation of hardware and software systems. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity.

What you'll do

• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email
• In-person or collaboration tools
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, MacBook’s and peripherals
• Resolve network connectivity problems and ensure stable internet and intranet access
• Assist with printer and scanner setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Active Directory
• Hardware
• Troubleshooting
• Ticketing tools
• Any graduate
