IT Support Executive (Fresher)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly IT Support Executive (Fresher) to join our team in Surat. In this role, you will help our international clients, solve basic technical issues, and explain how our Shopify apps and web products work, while working closely with our development team.

What you'll do

• Resolve basic technical issues involving HTML, CSS, Shopify themes, and apps
• Receive, track, and manage customer support inquiries across email, live chat, ticketing systems, and live video meetings
• Reproduce bugs, troubleshoot client issues, and coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and custom enhancements
• Communicate fluently and professionally with international clients (written and verbal English)
• Conduct live product demos and explain app features to clients clearly
