IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist (Network, Office Buildout & Physical Security) is the hands-on, on-site IT presence for Ontic’s Pune office - focused on planning, deploying, and supporting network infrastructure, office technology, and physical security coordination to enable a smooth office launch and ongoing operations.

What you'll do

• OFFICE IT LAUNCH & ONGOING BUILDOUT OPERATIONS (PUNE)
• Execute IT workstreams for the active office opening and startup phase: ongoing network optimization, equipment staging, and day-to-day IT support
• Coordinate with local vendors and contractors for structured maintenance, expansion of rack/IDF/MDF buildouts
• Maintain and refine the office IT operational checklist (network gear, spares inventory, labeling standards, architecture diagrams, and handover documentation)
• ENDPOINT & ON-SITE SUPPORT
