About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Java Full Stack Lead to join our engineering team. This role involves leading a team of developers across the full software development lifecycle—design, architecture, implementation, deployment, and support—delivering enterprise-grade web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure quality delivery.

What you'll do

Lead technical design, architecture, and development of full-stack solutions using Java and modern UI frameworks
Mentor and support developers through best practices in coding, testing, and system design
Perform code reviews and lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in engineering processes
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality software on time
Guide planning, estimation, and prioritization for development efforts
