About the role

The Sales Trainer will enhance the performance of retail teams through structured training programs on sales techniques, customer relationship management, product knowledge, and luxury service standards. The role requires hands-on experience in jewellery retail, with a strong focus on team development, customer conversion, and store performance.

What you'll do

• Design and conduct training programs for retail sales teams on customer engagement, relationship building, sales conversion, upselling, and closing techniques
• Coach teams to deliver a personalized luxury buying experience aligned with the House of MIJA brand
• Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new store employees
• Organize regular refresher sessions to strengthen sales effectiveness and improve store productivity
• Train teams on MIJA product collections, including gold, diamond, bridal, occasion wear, and fine jewellery
