Jewelry Quality Control Specialist

About the role

Jewelry Quality Control Specialist at Nivoda. Conduct detailed quality inspections of fine / demi-fine jewellery to ensure pieces meet Nivoda's quality standards before shipment.

What you'll do

• Log the outcomes with supporting images and comments
• Highlight quality related issues with the factory and get them repaired/re-worked on the same day. Ensure corrective actions are completed on the same day
• Ensure jewellery matches approved CADs, customer specifications, and design requirements
• Identify recurring quality issues and supplier trends, providing feedback to improve manufacturing quality and reduce repeat defects
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to quality standards, inspection processes, and supplier performance

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Quality control
• Root cause analysis
• Excel
• Any graduate
