Jr. Quality Engineer (Finishing) for Real Estate - Punawale Location

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in Mivan (aluminum formwork) construction quality checking. The candidate will support quality assurance and control activities across residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring all works meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.

What you'll do

• Conduct quality inspections for Mivan (aluminum formwork) construction , including shuttering alignment, level checks, slab thickness, wall verticality
• Verify reinforcement work, embedments, sleeves, and service provisions before concrete pouring
• Monitor concrete quality, cube testing, and finishing standards in Mivan structures
• Ensure proper execution of wall panels, slab panels, beams, and staircase components as per approved drawings
• Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures at project sites

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
