Jr. Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Executive with 1+ year of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring across technical and non-technical roles.

What you'll do

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and update ATS regularly (Keka preferred)
