Junior Associate - Capital Markets

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven, high-ownership Junior Associate, Capital Markets to support capital raising, lender execution, and strategic finance initiatives across our development portfolio. This is not a passive analyst role - you will operate as an execution partner across financing, underwriting, lender coordination, and deal operations.

What you'll do

• Operate as an execution partner across financing, underwriting, lender coordination, and deal operations
• Support execution of construction, bridge, mezzanine, and development financing transactions
• Coordinate lender due diligence requests, underwriting packages, closing checklists, and data rooms
• Assist with review and comparison of loan terms, pricing, leverage metrics, reserves, and covenant structures
• Track financing timelines and proactively identify execution risks or bottlenecks

What you need

• Financial modelling
• Financial analysis
• Underwriting
• Investment banking
• Excel
• Any graduate
