Junior Business Development Associate

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and confident Junior Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships for FyerX’s recruitment and staffing business. The candidate will identify prospective clients and staffing partners, connect with decision-makers, pursue vendor empanelment opportunities, secure hiring requirements, and support client onboarding.

What you'll do

• Identify and research potential clients, staffing companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities through LinkedIn, Google, job portals, company websites
• Identify companies with active hiring needs and generate qualified leads for recruitment and staffing services
• Connect with talent acquisition heads, hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams
• Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other professional communication channels
• Schedule and coordinate introductory calls, discovery meetings, and presentations between prospective clients and the internal team
