About the role

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social media platforms. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update candidate records in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring partners.

What you'll do

• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
