About the role

QR – QR is one of Paytm‘s business tools to help merchants grow and manage their businessthrough simplicity and data-driven technology. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage andgrow relationships with key merchants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drivingmerchant engagement, increasing payment acceptance, growing GMV, and identifyingopportunities to cross-sell payment solutions.

What you'll do

• Drive merchant activation, engagement, and business growth
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products such as Soundbox, EDC, Merchant Loans,Insurance, and other value-added services
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants and recommend growth opportunities
• Monitor merchant performance and work to improve retention and reduce churn
• Track competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
