KAM

About the role

We are looking for a KAM to manage a portfolio of brands and drive their growth on FirstClub. This role is a mix of brand management, business operations, and analytics, where you will work closely with brands to identify growth opportunities and improve their overall performance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, solving business problems, managing multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership of outcomes.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of torso and tail brands and act as the primary point of contact for these brands
• Own brand performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and growth
• Onboard new brands and ensure smooth execution across internal teams
• Analyse brand and category-level data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
• Diagnose issues related to assortment, visibility, availability, pricing, and operations

What you need
