About the role

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES . Management of Account Receivables by taking complete ownership of the outstanding/delinquent payments from each customer to ensure timely payments are realized as per Takeda norms. Co-Lead with the MA team the efforts to liaison with Purchase committee and Drug Committee members at the institutions/state level for inclusion of the Products or product specifications in the Essential Drug List (EDL) or Institution Formulary.

What you'll do

• Support the franchise sales team to generate new business leads and prospects to maximize current business and penetrate upcoming tenders
• Manage trouble shooting in the covered accounts: short shelf-life acceptance, document management, supply acceptance, etc
• Support the tender operations team through on-ground support for tender submissions, document submission, attending pre-bid meetings
• Oversee the exclusive government distributors
• Ensure compliant business operations as per Takeda processes and systems
