What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of key accounts—from onboarding and relationship nurturing to upselling and renewals
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term value
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client goals and aligning solutions accordingly
• Conduct regular review meetings and product demonstrations to showcase ongoing value and explore upsell potential
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve client issues promptly

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• CRM
• Salesforce
• Upselling
• Communication
• Any graduate
