About the role

The KAM – Solar Rooftop Sales /BESS- Pune will lead the growth of the rooftop solar business across the designated region , focusing on Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Govt.(Except utility) segments. The role involves driving revenue and channel networks, managing key accounts, and navigating India’s rooftop solar policies, DISCOM processes, and regulatory frameworks.

What you'll do

• Identify new markets , build a robust pipeline, drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for solar rooftop projects
• Define sales targets, identifying, pursuing and closing residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) solar projects
• Ensure achievement of revenue targets
• Expand business in region based on market potential
• Drive large-ticket rooftop solar/BESS project closures in C&I Segment

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
